Phase I of the service center complex consists of an 11-floor and two five-story commercial-use office buildings with combined floorage of 39,000 sq m (9.6 acres).
The project is being developed by the Administrative Committee of Fushan Industrial Park and Huafa Group.
Once operational, the service center will house public security, customs, industry and commerce, taxation, and other departments. They will provide one-stop services so that enterprises need not go out of the park for them any longer.
